We recruit refrigeration service technicians across Romania, including candidates who wish to develop their technical skills.
Technical competence grows through training and experience.
Servicing refrigeration systems requires sound technical knowledge, analytical skills and competent intervention, often under significant time pressure.
Modern systems require continuous training in refrigeration, automation and electronics. At Marco & Alex, we place particular emphasis on technician training and professional development.
