After 1989, one economic model had been abandoned before the foundations of a new one were in place. State-owned enterprises were struggling under market-economy conditions, while thousands of specialists suddenly found themselves without employment prospects.
In a society facing uncertainty, entrepreneurship was not simply a choice but a necessity. Marco & Alex Instalații Frig SRL emerged in response to two major social needs: providing technological support for vital sectors, including food and pharmaceutical industries, and creating an economic mechanism able to put unemployed skills to work while securing livelihoods.
Much has changed since then. Social transformations, technological developments in recent years and economic volatility have made business planning increasingly difficult.
With the acquisition of the majority shareholding comes the responsibility of carrying forward a tradition built over more than 30 years. My main objectives are to meet our clients’ technological needs and to provide a working environment that offers our people both professional and material satisfaction.
I believe that, together with our colleagues and specialists, we will find effective answers to the challenges ahead, provided that we unite our efforts around a shared goal.
Through innovation and ingenuity, in both technology and management, we respond to current challenges with new, more effective approaches to professional training and by digitalizing administration and control processes using dedicated software developed within the group.
We will continue to give priority to quality over quantity, valuing above all the satisfaction of a job well done.
