{"id":161,"date":"2016-05-12T14:22:25","date_gmt":"2016-05-12T11:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.marco-alex.ro\/ro\/?page_id=161"},"modified":"2016-05-27T15:34:10","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T12:34:10","slug":"insulated-panels-and-doors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.marco-alex.ro\/en\/products-and-services\/insulated-panels-and-doors.html","title":{"rendered":"Insulated Panels and Doors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For better temperature insulation, as well as for practical reasons, most modern <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marco-alex.ro\/en\/products-and-services\/cold-rooms.html\">cold rooms<\/a> are made out of insulated panels.<\/p>\n<p>They have the following characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>good mechanical resistance<\/li>\n<li>facilitates cleaning thanks to special fins and sanitation profiles, applied both on vertical joints (between walls) as well as on the horizontal ones<\/li>\n<li>good tightness<\/li>\n<li>very good thermal insulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Choosing the type of coverage for refrigeration panels is done by taking into account the recommendations of the manufacturer as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for production areas where environmental acidity is high (milk processing, smoking and drying rooms etc.) panels covered in stainless steel sheet will be used<\/li>\n<li>for storage areas where cargo is packaged galvanized and painted panels (possibly plasticized) will be used<\/li>\n<li>for storage areas where cargo is packed in boxes galvanized panels will be used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For spaces with negative temperatures pressure compensation valves are provided to avoid blocking access doors due to low pressure in the cold room.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications of Insulated panels:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>destination: food industry<\/li>\n<li>insulating material: rigid polyurethane foam<\/li>\n<li>polyurethane foam density: 41 kg\/m3<\/li>\n<li>heat transfer coefficient l: 0,023 W\/m<\/li>\n<li>thickness: 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 240 mm<\/li>\n<li>cover: galvanized steel, powder coating<\/li>\n<li>RAL9010 white (paint approved for food<\/li>\n<li>or ANSI 304 2B stainless steel for food industry<\/li>\n<li>paint film thickness of 30 \u03bcm<\/li>\n<li>sheet thickness: 0.4 &#8211; 0.6 mm<\/li>\n<li>panel width: 1 &#8211; 1.16 m<\/li>\n<li>length: minimum 2 m; maximum 14 m<\/li>\n<li>sealing: by special seals (silicone not requiring)<\/li>\n<li>joining: tongue and groove<\/li>\n<li>fire resistance: Class C1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Specifications of refrigeration door for cold rooms:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>according to current regulations for the food industry<\/li>\n<li>key lock on the outside<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;inside man&#8221; protection on the inside<\/li>\n<li>rigid polyurethane foam insulation (same characteristics as the panels)<\/li>\n<li>aluminum frame for food industry to reinforce the door leaf<\/li>\n<li>reinforced hard PVC frame<\/li>\n<li>frame grip is made with special systems to avoid thermal bridges<\/li>\n<li>negative temperatures doors are provided with heating resistance in the frame, floor protected by a stainless steel threshold<\/li>\n<li>sealing is done with two special rubber gaskets with very good thermal and mechanical resistance (one outline and one threshold)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For better temperature insulation, as well as for practical reasons, most modern cold rooms are made out of insulated panels.
